This Policy describes how we handle the personal information that you provide to us on our Web site.  It does not apply to information collected from you in different forums, including offline information collection.  Victus understands the importance of privacy to our customers, and to visitors to this Web site.  Please be sure to read this Privacy Policy before using or submitting information to us.  This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time, so it is up to you to review it periodically.  Your use of this Web Site is subject, not only to this Privacy Policy, but also to this site’s Terms and Conditions.  By entering and using this Web site, and by providing us with your information, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, and by the Terms and Conditions applicable to it.  Please take the time to review the Terms and Conditions.

Victus provides you with the opportunity to contact us about questions that you may have concerning Victus or its products.  As part of that process, Victus collects personally identifying information, such as customer names, street or email addresses, telephone numbers, or any other information which, when used by itself, or together with other data, might identify a customer or visitor to our Web site individually.  To protect your safety, you should not provide Victus with any personal information that is not specifically requested, such as your personal medical history.  We will use the information provided by you to respond to any direct question you ask.  We may also use the information for other business purposes, such as offering you the opportunity to receive notices regarding existing or new Victus products or services, to invite you to participate in surveys about our products, to notify you about promotions we may be hosting, compile and analyze statistics and market trends, and to further personalize your experience on our site.  Personal identifying information is used only for our legitimate business interests, including complying with applicable laws and regulations.  We may share your personal information with our affiliates, business partners and other limited and carefully screened third parties.  We may also share your personal indentifying information if required by law to do so.  From time to time, we will also provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, online traffic patterns and related information to reputable third parties, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information or medical information.

As part of offering and improving our services, Victus may use “cookies” to passively collect, store and sometimes track information about our online customers and users of this site.  A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server, and is stored in your computer’s hard drive.  Cookies can make use of the Web easier by saving status and preferences about a Web site.  Some areas of our Web site, where you are prompted to log-in, or that are customizable may require that you accept cookies.  Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any user.  Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but users can change the settings to refuse cookies, or to be alerted when cookies are being sent.  Certain areas of this Web site may not work properly without cookies.

We understand the need to protect children’s privacy online (we define children as minors younger than 13 years of age).  Victus does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from persons we consider children.  We do not knowingly allow children to register with us, order our products, communicate with us, or to use any of our online services.  We encourage parents to talk frankly with their children about using the Internet, and about disclosing information through the web.
